👨🏻 The system is the key (+FREE engagement file)
Nikita believes that every system works, but we won't know which one will work for us until we try it. Read on to learn about his system for building a successful business.
What kind of systems does your business have? Being a creative entrepreneur is great, but without systems, you're just creative, I'm sorry 😅
I always ask this question to my guests on Twitter Spaces. This week, Nikita Soloviov, co-founder of Vertigo, a content marketing and branding agency, shared his opinion on this subject.
💡The key is the system and the consistency in that system
Nikita believes that every system works, but we won't know which one will work for us until we try it.
His recipe for success is simple; he creates good content consistently and interacts with people via DMs on a daily basis. Twitter is where he finds clients for his agency.
His typical day is divided into 3 main parts:
40% content creation
30-35% outreach
The remaining time is allocated to miscellaneous activities, such as invoices and meetings.
Without this system, his business would fail.
The framework
Creating a system for your business can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Here is a simple framework to help you get started:
Identify your goals: What are you trying to achieve with your business? What metrics do you want to improve?
Break it down: What are the specific tasks you need to do to achieve those goals? Break them down into actionable items.
Create a schedule: Assign those tasks to specific days and times. Be realistic about how much time each task will take and when you're most productive.
Remember, the key to creating a system is consistency. Stick to your schedule, and over time, you'll see results.

Bryan Harris, a business coach, suggests (min 19) that we record a video to remind our future selves why we started a project and why it's important to continue, as it's easy to lose sight of our initial goals and motivations - "believing in your own plan is the most important thing".
